~ miss A ~ 6 months old ~

I got to hang out with this little angel this morning! I've been taking her picture since she was inside her mommy's tummy. I love the first year plan and getting to see how much the babies change in so little time and spending time with the parents. What a joy!

On another note, we enjoyed our vacation but it's back to business for me!

I am already getting ready for Christmas. We are trying to set a date to go up to Sedona again, so let me know if you want to be contacted with this date. Last year was more than amazing!

~meet my new friend~

I announced the new logo today! (as seen above!) I need to thank Lee Ann Coady Design and Grace Ramon. They both worked really hard to get me to this point. I am excited for what my business has in store over the next 6 months. I love my customers and think they are the best! THANK YOU ALL!

I'm looking forward to another busy weekend of taking pictures. I will be taking a little 'break' for a couple weeks from June 18th-July 5. I will be scheduling into mid-July so let me know if you need anything before then.

Here's a picture from last month. This is my brother-in-law and my new sister-in-law at their wedding in Sedona! It was so gorgeous! Congrats you two! We need to get together more often!

~expecting~

Time flies! This beautiful couple is due any day now! I thought I better blog their maternity pics before I meet the little guy! I love first time parents! There was an excitement that could be felt as we walked around the house taking pictures. I am so happy for them and can't wait to meet Little B! :)

Based on a survey I sent out to my customers a while back, I am making some changes to my business...don't worry prices aren't changing! It is mostly branding and marketing and website stuff. I have been working with an expert team of designers (and some good friends) to bring you the new look to my business. I love customer input and I try to keep things fresh and new. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
Here's a little teaser of the new logo!!!

One question I would like to ask for now is if you like the big pictures or little pictures on my blog. I kinda like the simplicity of the smaller pictures but what do you think?

~where is paula? where is paula?~

Here I am! Here I am!

Hey everyone! Thanks for stickin' in there with me. May was A-MAY-ZING! So many things happening over here that I can hardly stand it. Lots of sessions - newborns, seniors, families, a QuinceaƱera, a wedding, etc., etc.! PLUS PLUS PLUS new things developing in background of the business!!!Too much fun!

I've been working on a special album for one of my customers this morning and am really excited about the possibilities for my customers that Heritage Makers offers.

I just got this exciting news from Heritage Makers:

We’ve got an exciting Pick of the Month for June! For the entire month, you can get a 12x12 storybook credit for only $59.95. You save $20! This is the lowest price Heritage Makers has EVER offered on the 12x12 storybook!

Plus, you can get three months of Premier for only $29.95…that’s $10/month! You can add Premier to your Pick of the Month or get this special deal on any product you order! Hurry, savings like this won’t last long! Specials expire June 30, 2009. Contact Paula today!

Ok, I added the last part! :) I think that if you are into scrapbooking at all this will really excite you. These books are great! I don't think anybody will ever regret making one for someone special.

I can't leave a post without a picture so here are some of the sweetest little girls I've ever worked with. One traveled all the way from Oklahoma to get their pictures taken by me (alright, they may have been visiting family as well.) I loved spending time with both these families! Thanks for having take your family pictures! It was an honor!

~Mr. S - 2 weeks old~

I met Mr. S for the first time at the Salsa Festival. I instantly fell in love with his dark hair and dark eyes. What I didn't know is that he is also super strong for his age. Check it out! At two weeks, he can already hold up his head! What a little man!

~who is paula stiller photography?~

I've been working the business really hard since Christmas and I just keep thinking, "This is going to slow down, this is going to slow down." I guess this is the new reality and guess what?...I don't mind it! I am always thankful to my customers and friends for keeping me busy. :) Every once in a while it is good to take a breath and regroup. So...this week I didn't schedule any sessions and am catching up with everything. If you would like a session I am now scheduling into June. :) I have even had 2 customers schedule Christmas sessions - YOU GUYS ROCK! - You know how it was last year - CRAZY!

We are under "re-construction" so things might seem a little jumbled for a little bit. I have a hard time sticking to one theme but after a couple years into the business, I feel I am developing my own brand and becoming comfortable in who I am as a photographer. That probably doesn't make since unless you are a photographer but hang in there with me. ;)

If you are new to my blog/business, I want to introduce myself.

I am Paula Stiller. I was born in Montana (I know random, right?) I am married to my wonderful husband and celebrated 7 years on January 1. I have 3 kids (6,4, and 2) who were all born on the 28th - of different months. We homeschool. We try to keep things simple, although that's a daily struggle being a wife, mom, teacher, photographer, etc. I love being around people in a one on one atmosphere. I like to get to know the real you and capture that on camera.

I do maternity, newborn, children, seniors, family, couples, parties, and small weddings. I like to keep my days interesting and I love a new challenge. I like to find new places to take my customers for sessions. I probably have an idea or two if you just ask.

Here are some pictures from a session a couple weeks ago. This is Miss Z. She is super energetic senior 2009 and was a blast to work with. We happened to schedule her session on the day of a huge windstorm. We made it work and had fun with it. Good luck in your future! I have a feeling you are going to be great in whatever you do!
